Sometimes you need to reach the brink to realize who you are and what you're capable of. Iconic Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer began writing music for Fear and the Nervous System during one of the darkest times of his life. "It started with the passing of my father," recalls Shaffer. "Death is one of the hardest things that people have to deal with.
